About the Roles

We are seeking a

Product Specialist

to join a medical devices supplier based in

Bukit Merah

. This is a

permanent role

with a

5-day work week (Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am - 6.00pm)

. The position offers a

basic salary with performance bonus

, providing an excellent opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals while supporting advanced surgical procedures and driving positive clinical outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide technical support in operating theatres during procedures involving Double Medical devices and implants. Prepare, sterilize, and verify surgical instruments and implants prior to operations. Assist surgeons during surgeries to ensure correct device usage and successful outcomes. Build and maintain strong working relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff. Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for medical professionals. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely case support. Collect clinical feedback and share insights with management for product improvement. Document case activities and submit accurate post-operative reports promptly. Follow hospital protocols and uphold company compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or higher in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Experience in operating theatre environments, especially orthopaedic or trauma surgery, will be advantageous. Strong understanding of surgical workflows and proficiency in handling medical instruments. Effective communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple surgical cases efficiently.

Supporting in operating theatre (OT) environment: 1 year (Preferred)
