Job PurposeAre you passionate about connecting customers with products that meet their needs? Join Great Eastern as a Product Specialist, Telemarketing, where you\'ll have the opportunity to market personal line products to OCBC customers through outbound efforts and provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries.You will also take charge of achieving sales goals and finding new ways to grow your customer base with cross-selling and up-selling strategies.The Job\xc2\xb7 Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;\xc2\xb7 Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;\xc2\xb7 Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;\xc2\xb7 Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;\xc2\xb7 Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;\xc2\xb7 Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.\xc2\xb7 Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.QualificationsOur Requirements\xc2\xb7 Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions\xc2\xb7 Strong persuasion and negotiation skills\xc2\xb7 Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections\xc2\xb7 Independent, organized, and positive worker with excellent interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Good team player with ability to multitask and meets high service standards;\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft office and able to mulit-task to efficiently reply to enquiries; Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work\xc2\xb7 Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level / Diploma;\xc2\xb7 Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred;\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in the insurance industry will be advantageous;About Great EasternEstablished in 1908, Great Eastern places customers at the heart of everything we do.
