Product Specialist
to join our
Terabite F&B Platform
team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy graduate who enjoys working with people, understands digital platforms, and is excited to make a tangible impact in the fast-growing F&B technology landscape.
You will act as the product expert, guiding customers in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Terabite platform to meet their operational needs. This is a customer-facing role that blends technical understanding, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as the subject-matter expert on the
Terabite F&B Platform
and its full suite of features.
Work closely with customers to
understand business requirements
and configure the platform to suit each site's operations.
Conduct
customer onboarding, training sessions
, and provide clear documentation and guidance for end users.
Deliver
timely support and troubleshooting
, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal
development and product teams
to communicate customer feedback and drive platform enhancements.
Build strong, positive relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Uphold service excellence standards while ensuring continuous improvement in user experience.
Requirements
Fresh graduates/ students currently studying for Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English.
High emotional intelligence (EQ)
with the ability to engage diverse customer profiles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a passion for technology and digital transformation.
Experience or familiarity with
F&B operations
or
SaaS platforms
is an advantage.
Able to commit to the full traineeship year period preferred
