Job Description

:

• Involve in the entire Product life cycle including application development, software integration, deployment and maintenance.
• Perform installation, configuration and customization of respective products.
• Involve in the creation of documentation of user guides and maintenance manual
• Assist in integration testing which include the diagnosis of program/software defects.
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution within the contractual SLA
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Engineering/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years IT work experience
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Good time management, excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Computer hardware, OS, network protocols, storage and backup
• Web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
• Scripting languages such as Bash or Shell or Python.
• o Knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following will be an advantage:
• Programming languages, such as C# or Go or Python
• Relational Database, such as PostgreSQL or MSSQL
• Message Queue, such as RabbitMQ
• Docker and containerization technologies
