Job Responsibilities

• Implement characterization test plans for new products

• Analyze test results, generate characterization reports, and provide feedback process teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas of improvement and optimization in device performance.

• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts and platforms to ensure efficient and repeatable testing procedures.

• Provide technical support to the product development team, assisting with debugging and root cause analysis.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field plus 2 years' experience in RF and/or mixed-signal semiconductor characterization

• Proficiency with characterization equipment like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.

• Familiarity with automated test software and scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
