Job Title: Product Trial Coordinator

Job Overview:

The incumbent will work closely with project team members to ensure the successful execution and timely completion of the product trials related to (but not limited to) adult incontinence. The incumbent's principal role involves project management, data collection, data entry and analysis. He/she may be required to liaise with personnel from partnering healthcare institutions in the course of his/her work.

Job Responsibilities:

Support project team in the pre-trial screening and scheduling of trials. Explain trial protocol, objectives & product usage to nurses involved in the trials. Work closely with nurses to oversee accurate data collection, and analysis; maintain proper documentation and report adverse events. Evaluate and assist in preparing presentations for trial outcomes. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

Minimum qualification of ITE certificate or Diploma in health or life sciences, nursing or related field or equivalent Willing to travel between hospitals, Nursing Homes and office Prior work experience in clinical trials and/or project management in healthcare will be an advantage Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills A collaborative team player who can also operate with minimal supervision Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
