:Job Role:\xc2\xb7 Enable client activities through timely action on client requests with high precision\xc2\xb7 Leverage leading technology tools to automate and improve efficiency\xc2\xb7 Collaborate well with partners from various functions and come up with innovative solutions for our clients\xc2\xb7 Maintain client privacy by demonstrating sensitivity and keen understanding of data confidentiality\xc2\xb7 Protect the bank by maintaining in-depth awareness of potential breaches and act proactively to prevent their occurrence.Skills and Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 University degree, preferably in banking or finance related discipline\xc2\xb7 Several years of experience in bank operational roles, preferably wealth management related\xc2\xb7 Keen understanding of client lifecycle processes which includes documentation, screening and static change\xc2\xb7 Good client service mindset with excellent communication and problem solving skills\xc2\xb7 Strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solvingAdditional points:

• Fresh grads with Internship exp in a Bank on the Operations side either Back office or Middle office ( we can focus more on such candidates)
• People up to 2 years of exp in any Bank Ops role in Back office Or Middle office -Candidate has worked in any of the Run The Bank Process
• The candidate needs to demonstrate a level of efficiency and attention to detail while under pressure strictly adhering to timelines
• Candidates with good communications skills
