Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering graduate
At least two (2) years proven experience in supervisory position
Experience in crusher plant operation or any industrial and manufacturing plant is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in process operation, repair and maintenance of plant equipment.
Experience in using various types of manufacturing machineries and tools.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
Self motivated with results driven approach
Organizational and leadership abilities
Communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
