Job highlights:

Location: West area. With transport pick up at CCK MRT etc.

Working hours: 8am \xe2\x80\x93 5.15pm.

Salary: $5,000 \xe2\x80\x93 $6,000.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in industrial engineering/mechanical engineering, or other related degree.
• Minimum 5 years\' experience in large industrial machine assembly or production management role.
• Strong understanding of 5S and HSE knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership and communication.
• Able to work effectively in a fast and ever-changing stressful environment.
• Well verse in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Knowledge of drawing software (SolidWorks, Unigraphics, etc.) is added advantage.

• Reports to General Manager & Director.
• Maintain good 5S environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all workers in the assembly line have the necessary tools, parts, and instructions to do their jobs.
• Schedule workers for shifts and assign tasks based on production needs.
• Able to train new employees on proper safety procedures and company policies.
• Able to Investigate accidents/incidents to determine root cause and take corrective action to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor quality of products coming off the assembly line and take corrective action as needed.
• Work with engineering and other departments to improve assembly processes.
• Develop and implement plans to increase efficiency and reduce waste replacement.
• Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims, etc.
• Maintain equipment and machinery used in the assembly process, ordering repairs and replacements as needed.
• Manage inventory of assembly parts and materials, placing orders as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
