Job Description

- Position Title: Production Coordinator / Production Admin (6 Months Contract)
- Working Location: Yishun (Transport Pick up from Woodlands Checkpoint/Tampines/Sengkang/Jurong East)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 8.00 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,600 + OT
- Duration: Contract Role (6 Months)
- Working closely with the production Operations Manager and supervisor in terms of handling day-to-day tasks and material data entries in the system.
- Assists planners in loading all the orders via SAP system for the counterparts.
- Track the work status and task completion in the system.
- Work closely with Store department for the reception of material.
- Relevant ad hoc tasks shall be given from time to time.
- Min NITEC - in any studies.
- Good learning attitude and personal communication skills are required.
- Working knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage.
