- Ensure production\'s co-workers Safety training conducted and completed per schedule
- Contribute and execute safety related project, including 6S
- Operational Strategy
- Contribute and execute on assigned continuous improvement initiative: such as data collection, analysis, proposal, trial, and report writing.
- Daily Operational
- Maintain the recording accuracy of Shift Pattern modifications, Over Time hours and lead Over Time optimization
- Ensure availability of Production consumables Supply and to follow up on Supplier Quality Issues to prevent supply disruption
- To maintain proper documentation of production consumable order and delivery (ie: PR, DO received)
- To ensure consistence entry and accuracy of Production data in ERP system
- Propose and execute project for Product Quality and Production Yield improvement
- Ensure production\'s co-workers training conducted and completed per schedule
- Coordinate and ensure Production Record Retention meet applicable Quality standard
- Other Projects & Tasks as assigned by Operations Leadership
