Principal Accountabilities Safety \xc2\xb7 Ensure production\xe2\x80\x99s co-workers Safety training conducted and completed per schedule \xc2\xb7 Contribute and execute safety related project, including 6S Operational Strategy \xc2\xb7 Contribute and execute on assigned continuous improvement initiative: such as data collection, analysis, proposal, trial, and report writing. Daily Operational \xc2\xb7 Maintain the recording accuracy of Shift Pattern modifications, Over Time hours and lead Over Time optimization \xc2\xb7 Ensure availability of Production consumables Supply and to follow up on Supplier Quality Issues to prevent supply disruption \xc2\xb7 To maintain proper documentation of production consumable order and delivery (ie: PR, DO received) \xc2\xb7 To ensure consistence entry and accuracy of Production data in ERP system \xc2\xb7 Propose and execute project for Product Quality and Production Yield improvement \xc2\xb7 Ensure production\xe2\x80\x99s co-workers training conducted and completed per schedule \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and ensure Production Record Retention meet applicable Quality standard \xc2\xb7 Other Projects & Tasks as assigned by Operations Leadership Qualifications/Requirements Knowledge and Experience \xc2\xb7 Min 1 years of experiences in manufacturing \xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills Education and Certifications \xc2\xb7 Diploma or above for science and engineering classes is a plus. Job Specific skills and abilities \xc2\xb7 Familiar with the IT software (ie: ERP system, spreadsheet) \xc2\xb7 Familiar with the flexible packaging industry is preferred \xc2\xb7 Have good self-motivation, excellent communication and coordination skills. \xc2\xb7 Good team coordination and leadership. \xc2\xb7 Good judgment, execution and the driving force to achieve goals.
