Job Description


  • Basic Salary : $2500 - $3000
  • Working Location: Yishun
  • Working hour: 8:30am ~ 6:30pm (Monday to Thursday),8:30am ~ 5:30pm (Friday)
Responsibilities:
  • The coordinator has to schedule all the activities that concern the work orders and shipments. This can be scheduling of the work orders or shipments from the inventory / manufacturing unit till the delivery.
  • Allocates various tasks to the employees involved in the manufacturing
process, to ensure timely delivery of goods to the customers. * Liaise with the Operation team and Production department on product status
  • The coordinator has to plan the schedule of work to be done after reviewing work orders and raw materials available.
  • Quality control functions and has to ensure that the manufactured products are up to the mark.
  • Keep a record of all the inventory materials that are essential for the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain a log of all the inventory stock, and order necessary material as required.
  • The coordinator has to also make sure that the company policies are followed during all the procedures.
