Job Description

Pastry Dough Section

• To assist supervisor in pastry dough making
• To assist supervisor in flattening the dough process
• To shape and mold on the pastry dough
• Perform quality check on the pastry dough to ensure it meet the standard (e.g weight and color)
• Pack and arrange at the tray provided
• Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
• To assist supervisor on daily stock take for the raw ingredients

Hot Kitchen & Deep Fried Section

• To assist superior in cooking preparation
• To assist cutting and washing raw ingredients
• To handle kitchen appliance/tools with care
• Scope the filling to the bowl provided
• Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
• To assist superior on cooking and packing for corporate order
• Conduct intensive cleaning daily to ensure the section is clean and free from pest

Folding Section

• To check on the pastry dough and filling before use
• To adhere with the existing puff folding SOP
• To perform product weight check for every tray
• To ensure the standard of the puff quality and quantity produce
• To assist other team member to meet daily production target
• To inform supervisor if there is any defect or reject pastry dough or filling
• Ensure the puff was properly store at the right temperature

Logistic & Warehouse Section

• To assist in compiling all outlets puff order
• To perform fulfillment (pick and pack) base on the DO
• Receiving good and stock in the warehouse from supplier or vendor
• To ensure the receiving good tally with the PO & DO
• Ensure the goods receive in good condition and maintain the tidiness of warehouse at all time
• Receiving goods from the outlets (e.g return/reject goods or product)
• Ensure all the stock transaction is properly recorded
