Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities 1. Engineering

• To source all spare parts, equipment and related services used in the plant
• To perform plant maintenance & calibration of all equipment
• To carry out repair & troubleshooting of all faulty machines & equipment
• To perform plant upgrade & modification to optimize plant performance
• To ensure ISO records for plant & production is properly documented
• To ensure proper security within the plant compound to avoid pilferage or abuse of machinery and equipment
• To maintain company’s equipment, vehicles, facilities, etc., to a certain level of cleanliness and safety
• To ensure operation requirements are within respective government department specification

2. Production

• To assist supervisor in production and material planning
• To assist supervisor in the daily operation and running of the powder and liquid plant
• To perform raw material preparation, finished goods packing and storage

3. Safety

• To ensure all the working process and working area meet safety requirements

4. Training

• To train and supervise production staff in proper operating manner of plant operation system

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of Electronic/ Electrical Engineering experience
• Ability to read electrical and controls & wiring diagram
• Knowledge in PLC programming preferred
• Experience in operating blending machines for powder and liquid preferred
• Can drive forklift is an added advantage
