• At least 2 years relevant experience in plant operation or manufacturing
• Process Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Process Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities:Plant Operations

• Identify root cause and troubleshoot production and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
• Provide technical support to ensure production line efficiency and reliability.
• Track and analyse machine and process parameters to provide feedback for problem resolution and to improve efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies, equipment criticality and risk assessments for production equipment and systems.

Plant Maintenance

• Maintain various technical documents/drawings such as equipment specifications, machine records, vendors list, spare parts list etc
• Interface with equipment vendors to understand maintenance requirements, spare parts availability and service contracts if any.
• Coordinate maintenance activities between different teams.
• Manage and upkeep plant critical spares

People

• Collaborate with production and tooling team to achieve targets, product quality, operational and productivity improvements.
• Ensure the use of safe work practices and behaviors.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and training to production team.

Other responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to QEHS requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
