Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and meeting production targets.
Quality and safety:
Monitoring and enforcing quality control standards and safety regulations.
Problem-solving:
Conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting issues in production and equipment.
Team and process management:
Training and supervising production operators, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Documentation and reporting:
Maintaining production records, preparing reports, and documenting processes.
Continuous improvement:
Assisting with initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
----------------
Minimum Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
Candidate must be open for 5.5 Working Days (Alternate Saturdays in Pasir Ris)
Candidates who have experience in production manufacturing for building producst and construction systems is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
