Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of production efficiency through continuous improvement and cost effective.
• Identify, trouble-shoot production problems and improve production processes
• To initiate and carry out the necessary corrective action for non-conforming product
• Liaise with outside contractors relating to scope of work and projects assigned by immediate Superior
• Ensure good housekeeping and safe working environment.
• Identify training needs for employees and recommend training and upgrading of potential employees
• Ensure high standard of product quality standards toTS16949

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field and industry
