Production Engineer

Job Description
Lead mechanical concept development, design, and preparation of technical drawings. Collaborate closely with sales teams to define specifications, support design, prototyping, and fabrication. Liaise with suppliers and fabricators to deliver required solutions on time and within scope. Plan and coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to execute job orders effectively. Oversee production plan execution, troubleshooting issues promptly to avoid delays Analyze order backlogs and forecasts to optimize production schedules and priorities. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and instrumentation. Familiarity with fabrication methods (e.g. CNC machining, 3D printing) and materials * Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive, with strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
