Key Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Ensuring parts are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and implement production processes and workflow Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement Optimize manufacturing efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Collaborate with the project team during product development to ensure manufacturability Investigate and troubleshoot process problems and equipment failures Work with the Quality team to develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and process control plans to resolve and improve in-process related plans Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles Monitor equipment performance and work with the Project Manager to ensure reliable operations

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing/ precision engineering industry Possesses in-depth knowledge of CNC Machining Familiar with failure analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., 5Why, Fishbone, etc) Possesses quality leadership skills to lead and supervise team members Experience in lean manufacturing methods Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams Able to give construction advice based on their qualified experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and Epicor software

8.30 am to 6.00 pm
