Roles and Responsibilities

Work closely with the Management, Manager and teams to determine the materials and processes needed to cover the production demand. Establish daily? weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees Assign workers to each production activity and monitor their work to ensure that they finish on time and within the quality standard. Address issues immediately when they arise so as to reduce disruption to the production. Perform quality checks and control on the production throughout the various stages of production. Provide quality output. Ensure no quality issue for the end products. Guide and coach new employees? monitoring their productivity. Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior Managers or Management. Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements. Ensure good housekeeping of the production areas and promote safe work practices at all times. Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards. Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Manager or Management.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent. At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment * Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, both orally and with written correspondence
