Process Operations & Optimization:

Monitor and manage daily production processes to meet quality and output targets. Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations promptly to minimize downtime. Optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Hands-On Daily Activities:

Actively participate in day-to-day production operations, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance. Take over production responsibilities in the absence of operators to ensure uninterrupted operations. Perform routine inspections, calibration, and adjustments on machinery and equipment.
3.

Production Management During Operator Absence:

Operate production machinery and ensure processes run smoothly when operators are unavailable. Monitor production parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality and efficiency. Document production activities, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken.
4.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare daily and weekly production performance reports. Ensure accurate recording of production metrics.

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
6.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations during production activities. Ensure safe operation of equipment and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams. Support training programs for operators to enhance their operational skills.
8.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

Propose innovative ideas for cost savings and productivity improvements.

Requirements:

Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience / manufacturing environment is preferred Mature, possess effective communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels * Computer-literate with knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Auto Cad)
