Job Scope

Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work.
Formulate and implement an efficient material handling system for efficient storage and movement of raw material, semi-finished and finished product within the factory.
Perform engineering analysis to reduce defects and improve product quality.
Investigate production problems, analyse root causes, implement corrective actions and preventative actions.
Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
Develop practices to improve and maximise production capacity, quality and manpower utilisation.
Assist to drive new projects or development. For example, lean manufacturing, quality and smart manufacturing projects.
Formulate and implement company 5S and safety policies to create a safe, clean and organised work environment.
