Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Execute plans for workplace organisation to LEAN principles, this will include housekeeping plans, visual aids, SOP generation, operator and technician training.
• Develop and execute PPM schedule, and breakdown/repair with internal and external service providers, including the necessary procurement and EHS documentation.
• Provide engineering support to capital projects and process improvement projects.
• Responsible for management of change procedures and processes.
• Collect and analyse production, environmental and technical data to deliver reports to Production Manager.
• Organise, keep up to date and provide engineering support to SOP, Risk Assessment and other EHS documentation requirements.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering, facilities management, EHS, maintenance or similar
• At least 1 - 3 yrs experience
• Hands on, production floor approach to identifying and executing improvements, including contractor management
• Able to develop and update production/ EHS/ maintenance documentation and records
• Team player
