Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Production Manager to oversee all production activities to ensure optimum operational performance and efficient utilization of manufacturing assets, consider total delivered cost, quality, safety and service through lean mindset.
• Plan and optimize production schedules and upstream raw materials.
• Comply with local shipping requirements and standard acts by studying existing and new legislation to arrange import/export shipment.
• Prepare reports, charts, and tables based on established statistical methods to drive process enhancements.
• Conduct trainings (according to training plan) for all associates in order to create lean culture.
• Maintain awareness and comply with all environmental management requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Routine duties include:

• Manage all production activities including planning, order fulfilment, logistics and warehouse activities of the factory, making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Co-ordinate daily production activities, maintain optimum productivity and quality standards.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

Job Requirements and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Production Planning Process (3P) experience.
• Extensive technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods including flow, plant layout, assembly, and production equipment.
• Product development.
• Quality orientation and attention to detail.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High performance and a strong team player.
• Good spoken and written English, preferably bilingual (English and Chinese) candidates to liaise with English and Chinese speaking counterparts in the course of work.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month Benefits:
