• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production – Food Products
• Position Title: Production Executive/ Production Officer (Food Products)
• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,200 + AWS + VB
• Duration: Full Time/ Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the factory manager in ensuring that all production processes are well executed in accordance with the factory’s SOPs and operational workflows
• Assist in ensuring that the factory is kept and maintained at the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
• Plan and forecast the monthly production schedule based on the monthly projected output.
• Supervise and provide adequate training for newly-joined staff/workers as per the factory’s SOP.
• Conduct stocktake (factory).
• Purchase all factory raw ingredients/equipment/indirect consumable items at the best competitive price. (Engage in price negotiations with suppliers and proactively seeking for cost-saving initiatives).
• Ensure that all goods are delivered in a timely manner and in a good condition.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for all the factory equipment and facilities as per the maintenance schedule.
• Document all incoming and outgoing factory inventory items.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma in Chemistry/Biochemistry/ Food Science/ Food Technology/ Manufacturing Management or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the production department in the manufacturing environment, preferably in food production or the food processing industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and have GMP compliance knowledge.
• Knowledge in machinery maintenance will be a plus point.
