Production Executive / Planning Assistant / Sales Invoice / Production Status Update / Woodlands * Working hour : 8 to 5.45pm Mon to Fri * Working Salary : $2,000 to $2,700 * Working Location Production Executive / Planning Assistant / Sales Invoice / Production Status Update / Woodlands Working hour : 8 to 5.45pm Mon to Fri Working Salary : $2,000 to $2,700 Working Location: Woodlands Noted: Reporting to the Operation Manager Job Responsibilities Receive customer orders and keep customers informed of delivery status. Responsible for coordinating production as per customers' requirement. Prepare Delivery plan and expedite all deliveries to customers. Prepare Sales Invoices and Keeps proper records of customers' orders and deliveries to them. Liaise with customers for delivery changes. Job Requirements: Diploma / ITC level Possessed with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding. Those without sufficient relevant experience can be considered as Planning Assistant.
