The Production Executive is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily production activities, recording operational data, and learning the end-to-end production process.
Key Responsibilities
Support in monitoring daily production output and machine performance.
Record production data, downtime, and material usage accurately.
Assist in preparing basic production schedules and reports.
Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Participate in safety drills and maintain good housekeeping on the shop floor.
Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Provide suggestions for improving efficiency and safety where possible.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Production Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
0-1 year of relevant experience (internships or project work in manufacturing preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of production processes and workflow.
Eager to learn, with good observation and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn ERP systems.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
