Job Description
- 5 days week (Mon to Fri) Office Hour

- With inhouse canteen

- Responsible to lead the teams of production operators and technicians to meet daily production targets, schedule and quality standard.
- Plan workflow on the production teams and achieve the production target.
- Draw up duty roster for operators and technicians; allocating work and plan & authorize the overtime accordingly.
- Work closely with production planner to meet the on time shipments schedule.
- Work with various departments / engineering group in cross functional efforts to resolve the production related issues.
- Compilation and monitor the monthly production OEE and wastage report.
- Analyses and determine the production losses & high wastage causes, and ensure that the necessary corrective / preventive action is taken when necessary.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process and quality system.
