To conduct inspection and test per control plan, work instruction and procedures.
Responsible for a group of operators and carry out manpower utilization effectively to meet shipment.
Conduct on job training of operators and ensure they follow the work instruction and understand the defect criteria as at when required.
Assist Supervisors in the daily running of production
