We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a background in Mechanical Engineering and strong leadership capabilities to oversee and drive our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the production team to achieve daily targets. Maintain equipment and ensure all production tools and machinery are in working condition. Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues; implement process improvements. Explore improvements to products and processes to boost sales and profitability. Monitor material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent production delays. Oversee staff performance, training needs analysis, and maintain training records. Supervise and allocate manpower to ensure optimal productivity. Ensure cost control and production efficiency. Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines.
Requirements:
Diplma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Proven experience in a similar production or manufacturing management role.
