Production Manager (manufacturing / Construction)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Appointing labor and purchasing stock toward the smooth running of the production process. Preparing cost estimates for materials, equipment, and hiring laborers. Overseeing quality control throughout the production process. Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines. Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment. Liaising and coordinating production with other departments. Resolving labor disputes, where requested. Creating a production schedule. Training new employees. Scheduling regular maintenance for equipment. Discussing budget expectations with clients. Purchasing the required materials. Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Previous experience in building and construction materials manufacturing an advantage Ability to confidently and proactively supervise production teams. As this role will mostly be liaising with Mandarin speaking external and internal stakeholders, ideally the successful candidate is able to speak Mandarin. Open for 5.5 Working Days (Alternate Saturdays)

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
