Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Production Manager to be part of their Production team for ongoing transform Our client is a MNC, one of the leading players in the Nutrition industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Production Manager to be part of their Production team for ongoing transformation projects. The Duties of Production Manager are: Responsible for leading, developing and motivating the production team to ensure product safety and achieve production KPI. Responsible for developing and creating systems and routines that meets the production needs and specification. Handling manpower planning and work schedule developing for the production team and machinery, inventory and other equipment within the production area. Liaising with site management team to optimize production and drive efficiency, cost minimisation with basis in the lean-principles. Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of machinery within production area, in tight cooperation with maintenance department. Responsible for coaching managers and leaders to perform work according to framework being setup.
