About Our Client

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Production Operations: Manage all aspects of the production process, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure on-time delivery of products while meeting quality, cost, and safety requirements.

• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate production processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency gains, and cost reduction. Drive the implementation of process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.

• Health and Safety: Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain production metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive improvements. Prepare regular reports on production progress, efficiency, and key issues for management review.

• Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in aerospace manufacturing. Provide training and development opportunities for the production team to enhance skills and knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience (at least 3 years) in aerospace manufacturing, with a strong background in production management.
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Aviation Authority Regulations (CAAS,FAA,EASA, CAAC)
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and meeting deadlines.
