Job Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Oversee the day-to-day operations in the fab
\xc2\xb7 Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Cell Leaders and Operators to achieve company\'s KPI targets consisting of quality, output, yield, cycle-time and productivity.
\xc2\xb7 Drive continuous improvement activities and establish a strategy plan to meet it.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure fab cleanliness, good 5S housekeeping and discipline in the line
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with other supporting departments to resolve issues in the line and eliminate human errors
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with Germany counter-part to implement changes and alignment between the sites
\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance to RBA requirements and HR policies
Job Requirement:
\xc2\xb7 Degree in Engineering/Science/Production Management or any other relevant discipline
\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership qualities and good communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Experienced in high volume, high tech manufacturing environment will be an added advantage

Working Hours Monday - Friday: 8AM - 530PM
Salary From S$5,000.00 to S$8,500.00
