Production Manufacturing Technician (12 Month Contract)

Job Description
Objective: Perform production support activities according to EHS guidelines and in a cGMP compliance manner following procedures and instructions. Major Accountabilities:
- Involve in hands-on execution of the production support and trouble-shooting
- Perform production support activities such as small parts cleaning, autoclaving, area cleaning and housekeeping, equipment surface cleaning, materials/consumables transfers and management of production storage locations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in GMP and Safety audits
- Train team members on-the-job
- Adhere to any applicable EHS requirements
- Commit to a fair and respectful relationship to others and behave in accordance with Novartis Values and Behaviors
- Conformance to production, project schedule, measured in time
- Number and severity of process deviations
- Able to collaborate effectively, both internally and externally
- No avoidable HSE and Quality incidents
