We are looking for a

hands-on, results-driven Production / Operations Manager

to lead complex manufacturing operations within a precision engineering environment. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for

people, performance, cost, quality, and strategy

.

What You'll Own

Full accountability for production planning, execution, costing, and delivery Leadership of large-scale production teams (200+ headcount) End-to-end control of supply chain, QC, inventory, and logistics Cost control including OT management and weekly production cost forecasting ISO9001 compliance, safety governance, and quality systems Lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives Development of Supervisors and production leadership pipeline Strategic input to productivity, capacity planning, and manufacturing roadmap

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering 5+ years manufacturing experience Minimum 2 years in a people management role Strong exposure to precision engineering / metal manufacturing Experience running or supporting manufacturing plants in China is highly advantageous Proven ability to balance productivity, cost, and quality
