The Company carefully source for quality ingredients and painstakingly prepare them before churning out their gelato in-house. Having 10 minimalist yet cosy caf\xc3\xa9, growing from strength to strength and steadily providing the quality desserts for everyone.

:
- Support the central kitchen production of gelato and related products- Ensure the consistent quality of food produced by the kitchen- Monitor stocks for ingredients and manage inventory- Work closely with service team to forecast demand and ensure sufficient stock- Other duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of similar working experience in food production is preferred- Preferably with SFA approved Basic Food Hygiene certification, but not necessary- Possess positive work attitude and a team player; able to work in a fast pace environment.- Willing to work on weekend and shift- Willing to work in cold environment- Able to carry heavy stuffs
