Production OPERATOR (Cell & Battery Production)

Manufacturing Technicians

What You'll Do

Operate manufacturing machines with care and precision Perform simple tooling changes, daily equipment checks, and material handling Inspect finished cells/batteries to ensure quality and quantity standards are met

Work Schedule

Our rotating shifts are structured for balance and predictability:

Day Shift

: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Night Shift

: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

4 days per week

15 working days/month

2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch per shift Optional overtime available

Benefits

Competitive Pay

: $2,700 - $3,300/month (with OT & shift allowance)

Daily Shift Allowance

: Up to $15/day (Day) | Up to $25/day (Night)
