Job Description
Since 2018, SHRM College has been the Programme Partner for Workforce Singapore's (WSG) Career Conversion Programme for Food Professionals & Associates (CCP FPA). We support mid-career individuals by providing full-time job placement opportunities within the F&B and Food Manufacturing sectors, where they receive on-the-job training (OJT) at the workplace to take on new roles with good career growth potential in the food sectors.
Requirements:
An actively engaged individual willing to lead by example and take a hands-on approach, with no prior relevant experience and career conversion is required.
Operator, Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager & etc.
Support new and/or modified production processes for regulatory approval commissioning, and operation.
Fill/Monitor critical control point (CCP) using new software or solution implemented.
Assist in the implementation of software/hardware to improve productivity/reduce food wastage/resolve potential downtime during active production routines. Operate network interface to monitor machines and production processes.

Salary range from $2200 to $3400
