SATS Food Services Pte Ltd

A wholly-owned subsidiary of SATS, is the largest integrated food company in Singapore, with a wide portfolio of food products and services.
The three core businesses of the company are food distribution and preparation, manufacturing & processing, and abattoir & hog auction. With a strong network for global distribution of popular food products, Halal certified facilities and global accreditations such as the HACCP, ISO and BRC, customers in this industry include food retail chains, food manufacturers, processors and caterers as well as gourmet food stores across Asia.

Key accountabilities

- Perform operation according to work instruction
- Handling of meat products, seasoning and panning
- Handling of vegetables, cutting and de-cartoning
- Inspect meat and vegetables products for any conformity problems and ensure that non-conformance products are isolated/discarded
- Monitor and perform simple machine trouble shooting
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the working station
- Maintain high level of Hygiene and Food Safety at all times
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- To perform any other duties as and when required and assigned by immediate supervisors or other representatives of the management

Skills & experience

• At least 1-year experience in central kitchen
• A team player with good communication skills
• Must follow strictly to SOP, Safety & Hygiene regulations
• Valid certification in Basic Food Hygiene
