DESIGNATION : Production Operator (Fish & Seafood)

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Decoration and Display a. Understand various size of fish and seafood for packaging. b. Check product quality and specification for packaging. c. Decorate and display variety of fish and seafood for packaging. 2. Packaging a. Understand various size of packaging tray. b. To pack variety of fish and seafood product. c. To ensure complying packaging standard. 3. Pricing a. Understand various type of fish and seafood name. b. Understand various type of fish and seafood code (PLU) c. Understand to operate auto pricing machine. 4. Distribution a. Prepare delivery basket for distribution. b. Prepare and arrange stock for distribution. 5. Cleaning and Sanitation a. Perform various cleaning action in production area

• Washing, Mopping, Sweeping, Cleaning

QUALIFICATIONS

• Service-oriented, team player with ability to read and communicate in simple English

• Attentive to details

• Fit enough to work in cold environment

• Able to lift a single carton weight of about 12kg without assistance

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

• Able to work on 6 days, rotating shifts
