\xc2\xb7 Assist the Production Department Manager in the day-to-day operations of the production lines

\xc2\xb7 Issue Process Work Orders (PWO), close PWOs, plans and co-ordinates the work flow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to planned schedules and quality standards

\xc2\xb7 Provide daily production schedules, RM buying plans, monthly RM & FG inventories control.

\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot production problems which may arise and work with related department to solve them.

\xc2\xb7 Perform production administrative support, co-ordination work and assist to raise purchase requisition of non-inventorized items.

\xc2\xb7 Assist to arrange mandatory training courses for workers.

\xc2\xb7 Record keeping and maintain of ISO records for the department

\xc2\xb7 Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning for chemical plants

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
