Job Description

Work Location : WESTPARKBIZCENTRAL - PIONEER CRESCENT

Plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor the flow of products/materials through the complete production cycle. Monitor daily production status, including material shortages. Review, update and expedite production. Provide timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor to achieve customer delivery dates. Track production volume against purchasing expectations to ensure the correct number of products and manufacturing materials are always available. Collaborate with buyers or procurement teams to order materials. Ensure timely delivery from suppliers. Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and delays. Assist in processing customer shipment enquiries or complaints and schedule changes or cancellations for orders. Assist in arrangement handling, coordinating and monitoring documents relating to importing and exporting. Assist in managing in-bound and out-bound processing and inventory control. Assist in resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. Assist in directing inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management. Assist in performing other works requested by superiors.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of work experience in materials management within a manufacturing or production environment. Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management or any other related field. Exceptional coordination and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills for managing supplier and team interactions. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
