Office Hour - Monday to Friday
Report to the Singapore Purchasing Manager and collaborate closely with teams including Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, and Marketing.

Job Scope:

Overseeing planning activities and leading various projects focused on improving processes.
Take responsibility for generating and maintaining production work orders.
Coordinate, follow up, and execute Oracle transactions to ensure the availability of raw materials and intermediates throughout the entire production process until the completion of finished goods.
Conduct simulations to anticipate potential raw material shortages and prioritize specific work orders for raw material reservation, in addition to other identified work orders.
Provide support for meetings that require updates on task statuses.
Ensure accurate information is effectively communicated and establish a formal channel, such as minute meetings, for escalation if necessary.
Possess the ability to assist with basic purchasing activities.
Demonstrate the capacity to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, showcasing organizational skills and adaptability in addressing challenges within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
