Production Planner (manufacturing / Kallang)

Job Description


  • American biotechnology company
  • Located in Kallang
  • Up to $4,000 + Bonus
  • Office Hour - Monday to Friday
  • Report to the Singapore Purchasing Manager and collaborate closely with teams including Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, and Marketing.
Job Scope:
  • Overseeing planning activities and leading various projects focused on improving processes.
  • Take responsibility for generating and maintaining production work orders.
  • Coordinate, follow up, and execute Oracle transactions to ensure the availability of raw materials and intermediates throughout the entire production process until the completion of finished goods.
  • Conduct simulations to anticipate potential raw material shortages and prioritize specific work orders for raw material reservation, in addition to other identified work orders.
  • Provide support for meetings that require updates on task statuses.
  • Ensure accurate information is effectively communicated and establish a formal channel, such as minute meetings, for escalation if necessary.
  • Possess the ability to assist with basic purchasing activities.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, showcasing organizational skills and adaptability in addressing challenges within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
  • Min 1-2 years of planning experience
  • Singaporean only
