Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Chemical / Production / Mechanical engineering discipline
  • 3 years in a manufacturing environment in demand planning and lean management
  • Good knowledge and application skills in SAP system is mandatory - PP and MM Module
  • Strong interpersonal and communication, analytical, meticulous and a problem solver
  • Proficient MS Office
Activities
  • Manufacturing of Lubricants for affiliates, direct customers and distributors.
  • To manage and ensure efficient inventory system in forecasting, planning and ensure optimum levels of stocks of additives, empty packaging and finished products in the inventory. Managing Inventory for raw materials and finished goods at production stage.
  • Review the safety stocks level setting of packaging, raw materials and FG.
  • Update the production master in SAP for any new creation and modification, inclusive of routing, filling BOM, production versions and etc.
  • Review with Marine departments regularly on the stocks plan and ship tanks plan of 3rd PL, such as warehouses and barges.
  • Communication with Costing and Control to update any MRP parameters revision in MM.
  • Daily execution of collecting and consolidate the sales orders/ deliveries into production plan and bulk loading plan by daily MRP run.
  • Work with procurement for the production plan of PGEN transfer to 3rd party filling.
  • Transmitting of SAP production orders into 3 days production schedule file as information for production shop-floor to execute the production.
  • Transmitting the information from bulk orders master-lists and purchase orders of bulk into daily loading unloading bay allocation chart for production.
  • Execution of the whole process chain of production orders from creation -
release -
confirmation posting, etc. * Work closely with procurement on the supply and delivery of raw materials and empty packaging to anticipate all materials are available before execution of the production.
  • Close communication with other departments on any change and update of production plan and etc.
  • Special anticipation and attention needs to be taken care for Marine orders due to business nature of 24/7 requirement and short lead time.
  • To provide data for stock planning with Lubmarine Logistics in France and their representative in Singapore.
  • To participate actively on all HSEQ matters.
  • From time to time, attend other duties that may be deemed necessary by the management.
  • Responsible in optimizing the capacity of the plant\'s blending facilities to achieve productivity.
  • Responsible in inventory stock take and stocks reconciliation of blending plant.

  • Demanding environment. Good networking with people, inventory of raw material and finished goods are the prerequisites for this job.
