:Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to assess and adjust production schedules based on demand fluctuations, customer orders, and inventory status.
• Coordinate closely with procurement teams to ensure that raw materials and components are available in a timely manner, and work with suppliers to meet lead time and quantity requirements.
• Conduct Material Requirements Planning (MRP) analysis to assess raw material needs, identify any shortages, and align procurement with production schedules.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, working with warehouse teams to prevent overstock or stockouts, and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover.
• Oversee the production scheduling process, balancing workloads across teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth coordination with production to avoid bottlenecks.
• Track and analyze production data to identify trends, assess key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvements for greater efficiency, reduced lead times, and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to identify process improvements and streamline operations.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across departments and with external suppliers to align production and inventory needs.
• Proficient in using planning and inventory management systems, with a solid understanding of MRP, forecasting, and scheduling processes.
