Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and ordering of materials for production fulfilment
• Develop and monitor production plan and schedule to utilize resources effectively and efficiently and production targets are met
• Perform Demand and Supply analysis to plan and manage inventory at optimal level
• Recommend actions to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity for activities related to material control and planning
• Make suggestions for improvement in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality and productivity
• Evaluate, audit & manage material quality with suppliers
• Manage lead time and develop proactive measures to improve delivery and lead time
• Proactively communicate with Sales team on time schedule
• Support Managing Director in forecast analysis based on firm orders and forecast data

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Production/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in resource/production planning, supply chain and purchasing
• Possess good knowledge of production/demand/supply planning and inventory management
• Good analytical skills and ability to organise work efficiently with minimum supervision
• Demonstrate initiatives and ability to multi-task to address priorities and urgency
• Possess effective negotiation, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills, resourceful, detailed and ability to work independently
• Strong team player and collaboration across functional teams
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP system
