Preparation of schedules for all production equipment, materials, manpower requirement, preparing weekly reports, working with production personnel to ensure orders are processed and completed on time. Working within and understanding the production process, plant procedures, equipment capabilities and flow of goods within the facility. Analyse delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines. Develop and achieve departmental/company goals and controls. Make suggestions for improvement in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality and productivity. Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the HOD as and when is necessary. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably with 1 year of experience in Semiconductor Industry Remuneration dependent on experiences Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
