Job Description

The Production Planner is a key member of the Manufacturing Operations Team.

The main task of the Production Planner is to schedule and control the machine build sequence in Malaysia Plant and System Acceptance in Singapore Plant.

In addition, he/she will also work with the other teams in the Supply Chain to ensure that all Material Master Data are created and maintained correctly in SAP system to ensure the smooth order and transaction flow.

• 5 days work, Office Hour
• Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing MNC

Responsibilities:

• Creation and change of Purchase and Production orders to both Singapore and Malaysia plants
• Generate and monitor shortage list for spare parts requirement in customer orders
• Regular video conferencing and communication with counterparts in overseas plants
• Customer order materials fulfilment (machines, options & spares)
• Customer orders conversion and changes adaptation
• Stock Movement Form creation for stock materials transactions
• Inventory control and monitoring to ensure material availability for build plan
• Implement Engineering Changes of materials for production
• Creation and maintenance of Materials Master in SAP system
• Coordinate the Demand Planning Requirement with global counterparts

Requirements:

• Experience with planning in a Manufacturing environment
• Possess business administration skill and SAP knowledge
• Able to conduct weekly meetings on order deliveries and materials planning
• Able to work and communicate with global colleagues and suppliers
